Cost-Share Programs



Agricultural land managers have several programs available to them through the federal and state government that provides cost-share assistance to them to install certain conservation practices that addresses soil erosion, water quality, and wildlife habitat. Cost-share usually ranges between 50% & 75% of the cost but in some cases can be as high as 90%. Conservation practices generally available for cost-share include gully control structures, terraces, diversions, waterway, watering facilities, tree establishment, grass establishment, and cross fencing.
